We�ve heard it over and over, job security is non-existent. The workplace has become too competitive that a single mistake can lead to job loss. After all, there are millions of job seekers out there who are just waiting to be tapped and who could be more qualified than you.
Once you get to start your career, you have to be serious. Remember that it is not permanent but you can always do something to make it last. One tactic to ensure career longevity is to love your chief client which is your employer. You can do this by being focus at work, acting with honesty and integrity and following office rules and policies.
Another tactic, which is equally important to the first one I mentioned, is loving your career. By loving, it means you continue to widen your horizons by learning new knowledge, expanding your skill base and strengthening your network.
