Your Past will Haunt You

pastAny brushes with management and relations with unions are a turn off to any employer for they minimize exposure to employees who are more likely to use their respective unions to press for their rights. Unions have been put in place to fight for the rights of the employee but sometimes for the wrong reasons. Differences in an office are normal and should be used to improve the working relationship of the team. Any misunderstanding that send you running off to the union for help, if found by the interviewer firm would be the last signature on your unemployment benefits claim for they will surely not hire you. This is by the way against the law for it is discrimination but take the shoes of your employer and you’ll know what they feel. Employers will use many means to verify your credential and will often digg deeper than they should but that would d be expected. They will avoid risky employees who have records of activism and inciting revolts through their unions so be aware of such and be prepared tio answer questions as professional as possible.
